New Star Realty & Inv. San Jose Office begin operations on July 1, 2005.
The company provides Real Estate services throughout the Bay area and nearby counties. San Jose Office offers residential, business, commercial and leasing services to our clients. In addition, a comprehensive property management program has been added with CCRM certification.
The San Jose office provides an extensive training program for agents that prepare them for a great career in real estate. In addition, the Real Estate College is accredited by the State and provides instructional classes on Real Estate Principle course.
The parent company is located in Los Angeles California with a total of 40 offices throughout the United States, Asia and Europe. New Star Realty & Inv. has more than 1,500 agents and ten other companies that provide escrow, loan, inspection, REIT’s program, Inhouse magazine and many more. During the last 20 years New Star Realty & Inv. has earned the Number 1 spot as a Company, Office and Agent for the last 2 years in the ERA franchise.
